Yes. Finding places, the community feed, one pet profile, reminders and five documents per pet are free. BULU Pro adds unlimited pets, an unlimited document vault, household sharing invites and removes ads.
Which cities does BULU cover?
23 cities across Malaysia and Singapore, including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Johor Bahru, Penang, Ipoh, Malacca, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu and Singapore. You can follow more than one city at a time.
How do I find a vet near me?
Open the map or search. BULU lists thousands of veterinary clinics, groomers, pet shops, parks and pet-friendly cafés across Malaysia and Singapore, each with photos, opening hours, phone number and one-tap directions.
Which devices does BULU work on?

Organisers in Malaysia and Singapore can also ask us for featured placement and a push notification to pet owners in their city.

Yes. The community feed carries adoption posts from owners and rescuers across Malaysia and Singapore — contact them on WhatsApp in one tap. The map also has a Shelters & adoption category, so you can visit SPCA and other shelters near you in person.
What should I do if my pet goes missing?
Post a missing-pet alert on BULU. It appears region-wide across Malaysia and Singapore — not just your neighbourhood — stays marked urgent until your pet is found, and anyone who spots them can reach you on WhatsApp in one tap. You can also share the alert as a designed poster to Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook.
Can I find pet boarding or a cat hotel on BULU?
Yes. Pet hotels and boarding are one of BULU's ten place categories, with photos, opening hours, phone numbers and directions — so you can compare options and call ahead before you travel. Grooming salons, vets and pet shops are covered the same way.
